Menina's rings can only be ordered online and are delivered in a fitting vintage gift box. If you have the ring size adjusted in advance, returns are no longer possible. Therefore, please ensure yourself of the correct ring size before ordering our jewelry online.
Menina Amsterdam only works with high quality materials. We give warranty on our jewelry and also supply a certificate of authenticity with all orders.

Not sure about your ring size or your purchase? Then we advise you to order your ring in its original size together with a Sizey. Unadjusted rings can always be returned within 30 days and with the Sizey you can easily measure your ring size at home. You can always have the ring adjusted afterwards via this link.
For adjusting a vintage piece of jewelry, we usually charge 5 business days. For a piece of jewelry from the Menina Collection 7 working days.

Unique showpieces, selected with love. That's the Menina collection. Through our worldwide network, we purchase used jewelry. The common denominator is quality. That is what we select the jewelry for. Once arrived in the Netherlands, all jewelry is checked, repaired, cleaned and polished by our goldsmith.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping within the Benelux is free. We ship your order the next day so you will receive it within a few working days. When you let us adjust the ring first, we usually ship your ring within five working days. If for some reason this takes longer, we will contact you.
All our shipments are fully insured and include tracking notifications. That way you always know where your ring is.
Returning
Still not completely satisfied with your ring? No problem! If your ring has not been adjusted and the return label is still intact you can always return it within 30 days of receipt. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Menina Amsterdam offers a 30-day warranty on all its products. Upon receipt of the order you, the consumer, are responsible for checking the product. If a wrong product has been delivered or shows defects, this must be notified in writing to Menina Amsterdam within 48 hours. Returning the product must be done in the original condition and packaging.
A product can only be returned in the original size. When one of the adjustment options has been used the right to return expires.
Adjusting or repairing jewelry from Menina Amsterdam by an external party (or yourself) is at your own risk. The warranty at Menina Amsterdam is hereby completely void.
Menina Amsterdam stands for a sustainable world. We give products that no longer have any value to others a second chance. A new chance. All gemstones in the Menina Collection are natural and conflict-free.
Use jewelry cleaner and a brush with soft bristles. You can also clean yourself with an old soft toothbrush and mild detergent. Rinse well and place on a towel to dry. To polish away superficial scratches, you can go to a local jeweler. It's also best to have a jeweler fix the legs every 8-12 months to make sure your stones don't come loose.
