Once you fall in love with a vintage piece of jewelry, you can't imagine taking it off! Everywhere you go, your vintage jewelry goes with you. Still, an accident is often in a small corner....
It can unfortunately happen to anyone that you just get stuck with your ring on dust, pull a leg open and lose the little stone. Or that you want to take off that beautiful bracelet in a hurry and the clasp breaks. Vintage jewelry is often more fragile and should be worn with caution. Should anything happen to it then we are here for you!
On all of our vintage jewelry we issue a 30-day warranty. Should anything happen during that period we are going to make sure that it is resolved as soon as possible.
But what are the options after the warranty period? Let's go through them together below....
STEPS PLAN
Please fill in the repair form below carefully and clearly. On the basis of this information we can find out a lot of information about your jewelry. We would also like to receive an explanation of what is wrong with your piece of jewelry and would like to see this substantiated with some clear pictures. (For an exact price quote the goldsmith needs to have the jewelry in the workshop).
Once we have received your request, it goes directly to the goldsmith who will make an estimate for the repair. We will communicate these costs to you and once you agree to our proposal you may send the jewelry to us.
Send the jewelry well packaged and insured (with Track & Trace) to the address below, quoting the original order number! (Should anything happen to it on the way to us, we are not liable).

We often cannot give an exact indication in advance how much time the repair will take, but we do our best for this. When a stone is missing, it may take some time to obtain it due to the exclusivity of the type of gemstone, the cut or size. Of course this will all be communicated to you and we will keep you informed!
The jewelry has been made! After an extra polish, she will shine like never before and will return to you as soon as possible! You will receive a new Track & Trace in your mailbox for this. The repair is guaranteed for 30 days.
* The above repair conditions only apply to jewelry purchased from Menina Amsterdam. If you make adjustments or repairs to the jewelry yourself or have this done by an external party, the warranty is void.
