Would you like to send us a ring from abroad? Carriers such as DHL, UPS and FedEx do not recognize our PO Box address. Please contact us for an alternative address.
Always consider the following points:
- Always send your ring insured and with Track & Trace. Be sure to keep the tracking code and email it to us so we can keep track of the shipment.
- Choose one of the possible sizes from your original order (important!). Don't remember exactly what the options were or can't find them anymore? Then please contact us!
- Note the order number of your original order below.
- Shipping costs are at your own expense.
Your ring will always be adjusted by our own goldsmith. For this we charge up to 10 working days, depends a bit on the type of ring. When your ring is ready, you will receive an email from us with the Track & Trace code.

We can adjust (almost) any piece of jewelry in any size and we charge a small fee for this. We also adjust them super fast! Usually we ship your adjusted jewelry within 5 working days (elsewhere often 2 weeks).
Not sure about your ring size or your purchase? Then we advise you to order your ring in its original size together with a Sizey. Unadjusted rings can always be returned within 30 days and with the Sizey you can easily measure your ring size at home. You can always have the ring adjusted afterwards via this link.

Unique showpieces, selected with love. That's the Menina collection. Through our worldwide network, we purchase used jewelry. The common denominator is quality. That is what we select the jewelry for. Once arrived in the Netherlands, all jewelry is checked, repaired, cleaned and polished by our goldsmith.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. Shipping within the Benelux is free. We ship your order the next day so you will receive it within a few working days. When you let us adjust the ring first, we usually ship your ring within five working days. If for some reason this takes longer, we will contact you.
All our shipments are fully insured and include tracking notifications. That way you always know where your ring is.
Returning
Still not completely satisfied with your ring? No problem! If your ring has not been adjusted and the return label is still intact you can always return it within 30 days of receipt. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled or returned.
Menina Amsterdam offers a 30-day warranty on all its products. Upon receipt of the order you, the consumer, are responsible for checking the product. If a wrong product has been delivered or shows defects, this must be notified in writing to Menina Amsterdam within 48 hours. Returning the product must be done in the original condition and packaging.
A product can only be returned in the original size. When one of the adjustment options has been used the right to return expires.
Adjusting or repairing jewelry from Menina Amsterdam by an external party (or yourself) is at your own risk. The warranty at Menina Amsterdam is hereby completely void.
Menina Amsterdam stands for a sustainable world. We give products that no longer have any value to others a second chance. A new chance. A chance in which these pieces of jewelry shine again and make a new owner happy. In addition, we have created our own collection (AXA) entirely from 100% recycled gold. In this way, we want to contribute to less consumption of raw materials, but also create awareness to deal with our earth sparingly.
All our jewelry comes with a certificate issued by our goldsmith. This allows us to guarantee the authenticity and quality of our jewelry.

Use jewelry cleaner and a brush with soft bristles. You can also clean yourself with an old soft toothbrush and mild detergent. Rinse well and place on a towel to dry. To polish away superficial scratches, you can go to a local jeweler. It's also best to have a jeweler fix the legs every 8-12 months to make sure your stones don't come loose.
